The website https: / / entradas.museothyssen.org (hereinafter "Web ticket") is owned by the FOUNDATION Thyssen-Bornemisza, hereinafter the "Foundation"), CIF G-79015251, with home in Paseo del Prado 8, 28014 Madrid, Fundación registered on 3 March 1989 in the Register of Private Cultural Foundations of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport with the number 225, page 24.

The ticketing service is provided by the Foundation through a managed platform for Stendhal Museum Solutions SL, a Spanish company, established in Dos Hermanas (Sevilla), Calle El Ejido 28, 1 º B, and CIF B41785809, registered in Seville Mercantile Register, sheet SE-26377, Volume 2338, Folio 15.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES WEBSITE PURPOSE OF THE WEB

Through ticketing Web, users can purchase advance tickets to the exhibitions and other events held by the FOUNDATION.

The service for advance ticket sales is provided, in general, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Trust may suspend at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice, advance-sale service of all or part of the inputs to the permanent exhibition, temporary exhibitions or other events organized by the FOUNDATION.

CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE

Users of this site may purchase tickets in advance in accordance with the instructions listed at the top of the page and are reproduced below:

INDIVIDUAL VISIT

Select your entry

Indicate in the dropdown in the upper left of your screen exposure or event for which you want to buy a ticket (usually visit on the permanent collection or visit the temporary exhibitions).

Indicate the number of entries and the kind of the same (general admission, ticket for a child under 12 years). Do not forget to check if any of the persons for whom entry takes you can benefit from free entry or reduced price meals.



• The maximum number of tickets you can buy each service user is six (6).

• Select the date on which you want to visit in the calendar visible at the bottom of the screen.

• Then select the time available for the dates chosen to be displayed to the right of the screen.



Enter your details



• You need to enter your details in all fields to make the purchase effectively. Remember to include a valid email address to which to send your proof of purchase.



Account Data



• Currently only supported purchases through VISA and make the purchase Mastercard.Para effectively numbering must enter your credit card and expiration date thereof and the CVV2 code (located on the back of the card).

• In case of error in the web contact: 902 76 05 11. Do not cancel or because repeat purchases could be repeating involuntarily.

• Once payment is made, the entry will be sent to your email. It is advisable to point the pager number and print the confirmation before closing the last window. "

USE OF TICKETS ACQUIRED THROUGH THE WEB

The tickets are purchased in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and that you receive in your e-mail, have the same value as if they had been purchased at the Museo Thyssen-Bornemsiza.

The Web user must print their tickets on plain paper proving that the impression was correct and that the codes that identify and individualize each entry is legible.

The tickets will entitle its holder to enter the exhibition or event for which they were acquired and are valid for a single use.

The Foundation reserves the right to require those museum visitors who have purchased their tickets through the ticketing website, to display the credit card with which they acquired them and their national identity card or passport with to verify their identity, controlling access to the Museum and the lawful use of the service of advance sale of tickets through the website.

The Foundation may also require users to have acquired a special reduced price entry on grounds of age or other circumstances prevailing at the time of purchase, evidencing such circumstances.

LIMITATIONS ON USE



Users accessing this site are authorized to display all information and content on it, as well as for discharge ( "download") or reproduce the same on their terminals or on any medium for recording data, provided when the copied elements are intended solely for personal use USER and are not subsequently transferred or transmitted to third parties.

Expressly prohibited the installation of the information contained in any terminal or server connected directly or indirectly to the Internet or a local network and allow third party access to them through means other than the Web itself.

It also prohibits the use of the Web to purchase the tickets by the user that will later be resold by the same or a different price.

INCIDENTS WITH THE TICKET SALES SERVICE

Upon receipt of the inquiry or complaint, the manager of a ticketing platform will be in touch with the user by the means indicated by the user.

ACCESS CONDITIONS

The Foundation, in order to guarantee the rights of users and the best performance of the ticketing Web, you can:

a. Monitor service at all times, respecting the privacy and intimacy of the users.

b. Temporarily discontinue service without prior notice and at any time, for technical or legal reasons.

c. Modify the conditions of service.

d. Block access or use the service to a user who has misused it or on which there is suspicion of fraudulent use of service or payment methods

RESPONSIBILITY



The Foundation does not accept responsibility for damages of any kind that may result through no fault of their own. Limited to, the Foundation shall not be liable for: any errors or omissions, or lack of updating of the information and content of the web site unavailability or agreed payment systems to financial institutions, errors in these systems payment, the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful attacks caused by third parties, nor for the information, opinions or content of any kind which are included in other websites not directly managed by the Foundation to which this web ticketing can be sent by means of hypertext links or links.

The Foundation will not be liable for damages of any kind that may result from the lack of availability or continuity of the service.

In the event that tickets purchased over the Web user ticket purchase could not be used by fault or negligence of the foundation, Foundation is only obliged to refund the price paid for those tickets or tickets purchased to replace other tickets for another day or time by arrangement with the user.

CHANGES IN CONDITIONS AND THE WEB

The Foundation reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate in these circumstances, the Web and the services provided at any time without notice. Accordingly, the Foundation may change, delete or add content as services are provided through the Website or the presentation or location of the Web, even provisionally or definitively suspend the operation of it.
